• Location — your approximate or precise location, used to show nearby businesses and service providers. Only collected when you grant permission.
• Device information — device type and operating system, for app performance

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Verify your identity via phone number OTP
• Show nearby businesses and service providers based on your location
• Allow you to create and manage business listings
• Send important notifications about your account or business

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We may share your information with:

• Firebase (Google) — for authentication and push notifications
• Hetzner Cloud — our hosting provider, where your data is stored securely on servers in Europe (Germany)
• Law enforcement — only if required by applicable law

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers located in Germany (Hetzner Cloud). We use HTTPS encryption for all data transferred between the app and our servers. We retain your data as long as your account is active.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of incorrect data
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Withdraw location permission at any time in your device settings
